Charles leverages his astute business acumen and intuitive grasp of numbers to pinpoint ideal acquisitions and ensure their success.

Sam Grunbaum

WIth a real estate family background, Sam has extensive experience in almost every aspect of the industry - from development and operations to asset management. Sam specializes in financial
management, overseeing the budgeting, reporting, loan structuring and lender relationships. He fuses his thorough understanding of real estate with a big-picture mindset to ensure Vanta’s long-term growth.

Lenny Neuman

Speciality: Design and Architecture

Lenny has been involved in private sector business for two decades, founding, scaling, and selling a number of successful businesses across multiple industries.
The marketing company he founded completed more than $100M in sales annually under his leadership. A passive real estate investor for years, Lenny developed an eye for hidden value. At Vanta, Lenny brings his business sense and flair for marketing and design to every project.

Morris has been successfully involved in real estate for over two decades.
